Zero stars if I could. I ordered their whitening kit, and extra strips on July 7th. I have not gotten a thing from then since. I emailed customer service to find out where my items were, and to say if I don't get shipping confirmation by Monday, refund and cancel my order. Customer service bold faced lied and said there was an issue with my payment, so my order wasn't processed immediately. The funds were taken out of my account almost immediately after I hit the complete order button. I took to Facebook to voice my complaint there, and was immediately blocked from commenting and messaging the page. They also deleted my comment. If I don't receive my shipping confirmation by tomorrow, I will be contacting my bank and fighting this.
